We identified an issue with time-based reevaluations over the weekend, which may have caused delays in some time-based activations. This service is part of the data pipeline for features like cart abandonment activations. We have confirmed that all evaluations are now activated, and the system is functioning normally.
To prevent similar occurrences in the future, we have implemented additional safeguards and established alerts to notify us of any potential delays.
